Soup for Breakfast Recipe: Simple Chicken Soup with an EGG (improve your digestion INSTANTLY!)
Chicken soup is good anytime, though when people think of it for breakfast they might cringe... BUT when you add an EGG to it, boom! it really is breakfast! and so good for your health and wellness.
It was about 5:45am when I made this video about soup for breakfast and my tummy felt so good with the hot soup. It's easy to see for yourself how quickly your digestion can improve with hot chicken soup with an egg in it for breakfast. For the advanced TCM fans, add a little ginger to it as well which is a herbal for in the acupuncture world.
